Non-Returnable Items
Since most of our packaging products, including customized and branded paper bags, are manufactured as per client-specific requirements (size, design, printing, and branding), these items are non-returnable. This is to maintain the integrity of custom production and ensure that every client receives products made exclusively for their brand.
Claims & Reporting Issues
While we take every precaution to deliver defect-free products, issues may rarely occur. In such cases:
- Clients must raise a claim within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- Claims should be supported by photographs, videos, or third-party inspection reports highlighting the defect or mismatch.
- Valid reasons for claims include manufacturing defects, incorrect dispatch, damaged packaging, or quality concerns not matching the approved sample.
Resolution Process
Once a claim is raised, our quality and customer service teams carefully review the case. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may provide one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement: Dispatch of corrected or new products in line with original specifications.
- Adjustment in Future Orders: Credit or compensation may be applied to the client’s upcoming bulk order.
- Partial Refund: In rare cases, and subject to contract terms, a partial refund may be processed.
Logistics & Return Handling
If a physical return of goods is required, it will be managed as per mutual agreement between Etibahn and the client. The cost responsibility for return logistics will be clearly defined by the contract and agreed terms. Our team ensures professional coordination with transport and logistics partners to handle returns smoothly, if applicable.
